Just got off the phone with my insurance company and they're refusing to cover a procedure my doc says I need. Um, hypothetical scenario here: say your insurance denies a claim for something pretty important, how would you guys handle it? Would you appeal right away, call your doctor first, or maybe even get legal advice? Honestly never thought I'd have to deal with this kinda thing...
