Hybrid office days make commute estimates tricky
How does Liberty Mutual distinguish commuting from other personal driving when estimating annual mileage? A fixed office schedule seems straightforward, but hybrid work can mean the number of commute days changes from week to week.
I’d like to understand whether it’s better to report a regular commute classification or focus on a realistic annual-mileage estimate, and whether that estimate can be updated midterm if the schedule changes. Fewer office trips don’t necessarily mean a lower premium, so I’m curious what details actually matter when comparing quotes.
