who do you call when your car breaks down in Iowa?

Okay, random thought after my flat tire fiasco yesterday... who do you guys usually call if your car breaks down around here? AAA, insurance roadside service, local tow company, or just phone a friend? Curious what most folks prefer.

I usually go insurance roadside first, since I'm already paying for it anyway. AAA's good too, but it's an extra cost. If it's something minor though, I'll call my brother-in-law...he's cheaper, just costs me a pizza later.
