Yeah, same here—didn't see a huge drop after the course, but every bit helps when you're already paying luxury car rates. Honestly, bundling home and auto saved me way more than any class ever did... might be worth checking out if you haven't yet.

Totally agree on bundling—made a noticeable difference for me too. A few years back, I got tagged as high-risk after a couple minor fender-benders (nothing serious, thankfully). The defensive driving course barely moved the needle, but switching to a company that specialized in high-risk drivers and bundling my renter's insurance brought my premiums down significantly. Might be worth shopping around specifically for insurers who cater to higher-risk profiles...worked out well in my case.

Bundling sounds great, but honestly, as someone just dipping my toes into insurance waters for the first time, all these terms make my head spin. 😂 I tried one of those online comparison tools thinking it'd simplify things... ended up more confused than before. Maybe I should try bundling my confusion with a strong coffee and see if that helps lower the stress premium... Seriously though, appreciate the tips—guess I'll start shopping around too.

Been there, done that... those comparison tools can really muddy the waters sometimes. Quick tips from someone who's been labeled "high-risk" before:

- Skip the fancy jargon, just call agents directly—way easier.
- Mention upfront you're shopping around; they'll usually cut to the chase.
- Ask straight-up about discounts (good student, defensive driving, etc.)—they won't always volunteer this info.

Good luck, and yeah, coffee helps.

This is spot-on advice. When I was labeled high-risk after a minor accident, calling directly saved me more than any online tool. Also, completing a defensive driving course knocked off a decent chunk—definitely worth the weekend spent.
