Second, take clear photos (I just used my phone) and stash them in a folder, so you’re not scrambling every renewal. Third, if you can swing it, parking in a locked garage really does help. I used to think it was overkill, but after my neighbor’s classic got keyed on the street, I’m glad I made the switch. The paperwork’s annoying, but it beats paying out for repairs.
